The noodle production line includes automatic powder supply, automatic liquid supply, high-speed water powder mixing, compound calendering, bionic kneading, nine continuous calendering, automatic cutting & loading, intelligent drying, packaging (paper packaging, plastic packaging, multi-scale bundling) and robot intelligent palletizing.
The whole section of main engine adopts integrated electrical control system : Each single machine has its own servo motor and servo driver, and it can be controlled independently.
The whole line has master control PLC, which can be controlled online. With internet interface, data can be read directly through PC, desktop computer, notebook computer, tablet computer and mobile phone.
