Pre-sales service: With project planning department, the technical personnel will match the request of pre-sales customer's factory layout designing, pre-production forecast, product structure planning, equipment selection and other services. There are three major marketing areas in the east, central and western regions. One-on-one service needs of a customer.

After-sales service can provide on-site equipment installation guidance, free training for users to operate equipment and maintenance. HICOCA has set up a professional team of service engineers to solve all kinds of problems raised by users through remote operation, telephone communication, video connection, live connection, on-site service, etc., and provide customers with accurate service by establishing customer files to solve customers' worries.

HICOCA launched the after-sales spare ponentes store strategy, according to the return visit at regular intervals, we will record the problems raised by customers and form a benign communication mechanism, so we can suggest solutions immediately to client’s problems. We have also developed an after-sales engineer training mechanism to continuously improve the technical level, service level and communication skills of the engineers.
