Packaging quantity can be selected according to needs (e.g., 5 items per layer stacked 4 layers, 20 items per large package shrinking).
An automatic material turning device is added to the feeding end for easy individual coding. Ample space is reserved for the sorting, arrangement, and layering of large-volume single-bag products.
An anti-slip device is added to the end of the finished product conveyor. Opening the device facilitates end-of-line palletizing; closing the device allows connection to other finished product conveyors.
A single machine can produce 80–100 tons of finished products per day, saving 5–8 workers.
The machine uses roll film instead of finished packaging bags, saving 400–500 RMB/day in bag film costs.
