The weighing machine manufactured by HICOCA is the first domestically produced noodle weighing equipment to receive quality certification. It utilizes a cantilever beam sensor and a two-stage weighing system. The first stage (rough weighing) provides an initial weight estimate, while the second stage (precise weighing) ensures accurate and precise dosing. The weighing accuracy is ±1g for a range of 100–250g; ±2g for 200–500g; and ±3g for 500–1000g.
The strapping machine uses a universal gripping mechanism that can handle various weights of strapping material, eliminating the need for frequent replacement of gripping parts; it also employs a dual-heating, movable heat-sealing head technology, resulting in shorter strap tails and double-layer sealing for enhanced security, thus significantly reducing the occurrence of loose or broken straps.
Paper packaging machine: Equipped with a Siemens control system, the control program is more sophisticated, and the quality of electrical components has been significantly improved; the glue application system uses electronic flow control to ensure even glue distribution, preventing excessive glue residue from contaminating the finished packaging.
The glue application system of the end-sealing machine has been optimized, and the double-pressing technology ensures optimal sealing results even without using adhesive.
The reciprocating shrink-film packaging machine offers fast packaging speed and strong sealing strength, effectively preventing breakage or damage during transportation. It ensures high film tension without wrinkles, and allows for quick and easy replacement of different film roll sizes. For the same product, it reduces film usage by 20-30mm, minimizing waste and featuring a waste warning function. Its modular design allows independent control of sealing, film feeding, and product feeding, with comprehensive safety protection. The machine operates quietly, is easy to maintain, and has a user-friendly interface. The heat shrink tunnel has wind curtains at both ends to facilitate product entry and exit while minimizing heat loss. An observation window allows viewing inside the tunnel during operation. An upper air flow control handle adjusts the direction and flow of the upper hot air, while a lower air flow control knob adjusts the flow of hot air from below. An operation panel allows adjustment of the temperature and conveyor speed.
This flat-bag packaging machine utilizes a dual-station feeding system, bag suction, and automatic bagging technology to enhance packaging efficiency, achieving a rate of 6 large bags per minute. Two machines can meet the needs of a 1000-line production (50 tons/day) or a 1500-line production (80 tons/day). Individual packages of material are sequentially dropped into the flat bag, preventing sticking and bag tearing. A scissor-type sealing mechanism ensures a good seal, and the inverted output mechanism automatically pushes the packaged product onto the discharge tray for easy operation and inspection.
This sealing machine for flat-bottomed bags fills a gap in the production line, offering stable operation, high sealing efficiency, and direct integration with the conveyor belt for automated packaging and palletizing. Each packaging production line can be equipped with one of these machines, requiring only one operator to manage it, achieving a daily output of approximately 40 tons and saving two labor positions.
Palletizing robots have a small footprint and are highly maneuverable; they offer high palletizing accuracy, stable operation, low failure rates, and are robust and durable; their flexible design allows them to simultaneously palletize products from two or more production lines; and they meet the palletizing needs for various products such as cardboard boxes, plastic drums, metal drums, woven bags, and plastic crates.
