On May 30, the rice noodle processing project of Jiangsu Jubao Food Technology Co., Ltd., located in the Organic Food Industrial Park of Baoying County, Jiangsu Province, officially commenced operations. The world's first fully intelligent rice noodle production line, covering the entire process and all production stages, was put into operation.
This project is a joint venture between Baoying-based Yangzhou Hexin Food Co., Ltd. and Xiangtan Jubao Jinhao Agricultural High-Tech Co., Ltd. of Hunan Province, with technical and equipment support provided by Jiangnan University and Qingdong Haikejia Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. Upon full completion and operation, the facility is expected to achieve an annual production capacity of 50,000 tons of rice noodles, establishing itself as a world-leading rice noodle production base.
The rice noodle production line equipment, manufactured by Qingdao Haikejia, utilizes an intelligent control system to ensure optimized product quality, efficiency, and profitability throughout the entire process. It enables large-capacity, scaled production and achieves full automation—from rice blending and milling, cooking and extrusion, aging and strand separation, automatic loosening, energy-efficient drying, cutting and conveying, to weighing and packaging.
As China's first fully automated straight-rice-noodle production line, it fills a critical technological gap in complete rice noodle production processes, both domestically and internationally. It stands as the world's first intelligent rice noodle production line with the highest capacity and minimal labor requirements.
